Hello, friends! This is Richard, founder Short-Term Rental University and Airbnb super host. We are here hanging out by the world-famous antlers and today’s message is really about giving yourself the opportunity to not be an expert and becoming an expert.
I think many people have good ideas and don’t pursue them because they don’t have enough knowledge or they don’t think that they’re equipped to do some of the stuff that goes into it daily. My question to them is, who says so, why not just try it?
The first business I started as an entrepreneur is Brilliant Transportation. I knew nothing about transportation, logistics, compliance, legal, or Department of Transportation regulations. However, I was a client and I thought I could do it better. So I started a big company which continues to run today.
This YouTube channel – Charles and I started talking about it some time ago. I wasn’t even aware of how important YouTube was but we wanted to try. I have also started a software company that’s still up and running – I don’t know how to code a single thing. However, my man Hardik, he’s the guy. All I had to do is express to him “Hey, wouldn’t it be cool if we could do this and that and automate it all?” and Hardik made that a reality.
All I really want to do is encourage people to try something. Back in the studio and right next door is the new crypto mine. I’ve got guys there doing networking, and creating these rigs. I’m not a crypto expert, I have traded professionally and so I’m a good trader. I’ve made a lot of money trading crypto but now I want to learn more. I want to see how you actually crack the algorithms to get paid in crypto.
So I’m starting a mining operation is it going to be successful? I’d like to think so. However, There are still many more people who are far more knowledgeable about crypto, mining, networking, and computers than me but that doesn’t stop me from trying!
So the message of today’s thoughts are:
Give yourself the opportunity to learn. The pursuit of learning is enough for me to get started and I hope it’s enough for you! If you fail, that’s cool. Just learn from it and don’t make the same mistake twice!
I hope you found this interesting. In the meantime, I’m going to ask you to subscribe to our Youtube channel. Click on the little bell alert so that you get notified and like the article, leave your comments!
What are you prepared to do willing to try and learn and experiment with?
Thanks for reading and happy Hosting!!!
